What is the return policy?
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you face an issue with our product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Returns and replacements are accepted depending on the product’s condition and the nature of the concern. Our team will carefully review your request and do our best to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You will also receive a confirmation and tracking update via email/SMS once your order has been shipped.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our pickles are proudly Made in India, right here in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Each batch is carefully prepared by skilled village women, who follow traditional recipes passed down through generations. From hand-picking and safely harvesting the finest ingredients to preparing and preserving them with great care, every step of the process is done with love and attention to detail.
The result is authentic, homestyle pickles that carry the taste of tradition straight from our kitchen to your home.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹50 on all orders, anywhere in India. No hidden charges – just one simple rate to deliver your favorite pickles straight to your doorstep.
